Here are links to my favorite recipes. I try to make my food from scratch and I try not to use things like cream of . . . soups and other items with ingredients that I cannot pronounce.
Breakfasts:
Biscuits and Milk Gravy (thanks to Paula Deen)
Cinnamon Rolls (Bread machine and no egg required – very good!)
Peanut butter baked oatmeal (Lynn’s Kitchen Adventures) – Freezer instructions: Bake completely, let cook; cut into serving size pieces; wrap individually in plastic wrap; store in a gallon size freezer bag. TO SERVE: Pull out a piece, microwave for 30-45 seconds; serve with a little milk poured on top or by itself.

Lunch:

Pie Crust (I have done this several times and you cannot mess it up – easy in the food processor; cut the recipe into fourths for 2 crusts)

Meatloaf (Healthy Meatloaf and Meatballs with Gravy) – my husband’s favorite
Side Dishes:
Brown Rice (how to cook great brown rice!)
Scalloped Potatoes – Freezer instructions:
Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve or freeze. To Serve: Thaw in refrigerator overnight, or all day. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes, or microwave until hot.
