Well, another week, another menu plan.  I just love this menu planning stuff as crazy as that sounds.  In fact I am teaching a class on it tomorrow night at my church.   You may see some repeats from last week because we did not get to everything.  For this week, we shall be having (still from the 2 month summer menu plan):

Sunday:

Chocolate Coffee Cake, green smoothies (smoothies with spinach in them)

Hodge Podge (leftovers and salads and sandwiches)

Leftovers and snacks for dinner

Monday:

Eggs, bacon and green smoothies

Mini meatloafs from the freezer, salad and oranges

Bacon and Cheese Chicken in the Crock Pot  with cajun baked sweet potatoes

Tuesday:

Whole Wheat Zucchini Muffins and yogurt and fruit

Grilled chicken spinach salad with honey mustard vinaigrette

Pepperoni Lasagna Roll Ups and veggies

Wednesday:

Simple Soaked Pancakes and applesauce

Leftovers, salad

Sloppy Joes, whole wheat hamburger buns and broccoli (repeat from last week)

Thursday:

Blueberry Overnight Coffee Cake

Leftovers or mini meatloafs

Honey glazed Dump chicken, baked potatoes and salad

Friday:

Eggs and bacon and fruit

Black Bean Burgers and homemade buns

Pizza with my new favorite whole wheat crust

Saturday:

Cinnamon Rolls and fruit salad

Leftovers for lunch

Steaks, baked sweet potato sticks and spinach salad with whole wheat strawberry shortcake (repeat from last week because we had hamburgers instead)
