This week I plan on starting my spring cleaning by following this schedule.  I’m a little late to the party, but better late than never – right?  As far as the menu for the week, we are still eating from our two month menu:

Sunday:

Clone of a Cinnabon Cinnamon rolls, bananas

Crock Pot chuck roast, potatoes and carrots

Leftovers and snacks for dinner

Monday:

Eggs, bacon and green smoothies

Leftovers from Sunday

Chicken Bombay, brown rice and peas and strawberry slushies

Tuesday:

Soaked Baked Oatmeal and fruit salad

Grilled chicken spinach salad with honey mustard vinaigrette

Crock Pot Chicken with black bean and cream cheese

Wednesday:

Simple Soaked Pancakes and applesauce

Leftovers, salad

Sloppy Joes, whole wheat hamburger buns and broccoli

Thursday:

Zucchini muffins from the freezer and green smoothies

Leftovers or mini meatloafs

Tacos (we didn’t have them last week), homemade tortillas and all the toppings (lettuce, tomato, onion, etc.)

Friday:

Eggs and bacon and fruit

Leftovers

Pizza with my new favorite whole wheat crust

Saturday:

Cinnamon Rolls and fruit salad

Leftovers for lunch

Steaks, baked sweet potato sticks and spinach salad with whole wheat strawberry shortcake
