I know I have not been posting lately.  My cousin and I decided to start doing a sort of “cleanse” where we are not eating white sugar/flour or having caffeine.  I know it seems limiting but I have been inching towards doing this for a while and I can still have meat (she isn’t eating meat), fruits, vegetables, whole wheat, honey and a lot more.  I am just not reaching for chocolate every time I want it.  Anyway, since I am so tired this week and am not thinking completely clearly I thought you might enjoy this post.  It is excellent please go and check it out.  And I will be back next Thursday with more on my prayer journal.
