Last week I did a freezer inventory and so we are going to be eating mostly from the freezer again.  We need to eat down some more before I do another OAMC.  I am not feeling too creative this week so here is my menu:

Supper:

Stuffed shells and green beans (cooking club meal) – we didn’t get to this last week

Country Oxtails Recipes (I have some I need to use up in the freezer)

Crock pot cubed steak and gravy

Chicken bombay and rice (from freezer)

Noodle bake and salad
