The original recipe for this cheeseball is here.

Prep Time:
15 min
Total Time:
1 hr 15 min
3-1/4 cups spread or 26 servings, 2 Tbsp.

2 pkg. (8 oz. each) Cream Cheese, softened
1 pkg.  (8 oz.) Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
4 slices of Bacon, cooked, crumbled (I use about 2 pieces)
1 cup thinly sliced almonds

MIX all ingredients except nuts and crackers; cover.

REFRIGERATE at least 1 hour.

SHAPE into ball; roll in nuts. Serve with the crackers.

**And that is all there is to it.  It is really easy and really good and most of the ingredients you usually have on hand.

Bacon Cheese Roll Ups

8 oz. package of cream cheese

2-3 pieces of bacon, crumbled

1/2 cup to 1 cup of shredded cheese

garlic salt to taste

2 teaspoons worcestshire sauce

2 packages of crescent rolls or 16 homemade rolls (I did homemade from the bread machine)

1.  Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2.  Mix all of the ingredients together.

3.  Press seams together to make two large rectangles of the crescent rolls.  If using homemade just roll the dough into two large rectangles.

4.  Thinly spread the cream cheese mixture onto the dough.  Leave about an inch on each long side free of cream cheese mixture.  Start rolling the dough on the long side and roll it into a long thin roll.  Slice the roll into 1/4 to 1/2 inch pieces.  Place rolls on a lightly greased baking sheet.  If using homemade dough let dough rise until doubled again (about 30 minutes) and then bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until browned.

*The original recipe came from here, but I changed a few things.
