For this week’s menu I am using everything that I have on hand. I usually just plan five dinners because one night we usually eat leftovers and we may go out the other night or have something easy like sandwhiches. To see what we have for breakfast or lunch you can check that out here.

Chickpea burgers, spring mix salad and strawberries

Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, salad and corn

Pepperoni Lasagna roll up, salad and homemade breadsticks

Tacos, homemade tortillas, salsa, corn and fruit

Breakfast for dinner – homemade biscuits, gravy, eggs and fruit

So there you go. I don’t plan on going to the grocery this week except maybe to get some chicken on sale at Kroger!
