Yes, I am doing this again because I don’t know what it feels like to have to think of what to cook for dinner at night and having to do that makes me nervous. We are keeping a few of the meals from last month, but adding several new ones!
Pizza Pockets (great for lunches!)
Chicken Fried Chicken with Milk Gravy (mmmmmmmmmmmm)
The Emperor’s Slow Cooked Chicken
Simply Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas
Fannie Farmer’s Classic Baked Macaroni and Cheese
Can you tell I love the Recipezaar website? Well that is my plan. I have my grocery list together and now I just need to shop and plan my prep day and cooking day. I am a little tired thinking about it, but for me it is so worth it! Let me know if you try any OAMC and how it goes!

I just posted on this, too!
I did my first on a couple weeks ago, and although its a tonne of work, it’s worth it to know that dinner is ready every single day. I only use the prepared meals on busy nights though, since I do love cooking. I imagine I’ll end up having to do it every six weeks (when you consider a couple nights of actual cooking and once a week date night- kids get pizza).

I have ALWAYS wanted to do this!! It just makes me nervous…to plan that shopping list, shopping trip and the cooking day!! It seems overwhelming to me, but I know if I could make it through that part…I would love it the rest of the month

Amanda,
Yes I do have a lot of chicken this week.
Christy,
Thank you, I do not store all of my recipes in a Ziplock bag only some of them. Casserole type recipes I do the foil trick – line a baking dish with foil put in your casserole flash freeze and then take it out of the dish and wrap it good and freeze it. This way you have your pans free.

WOW! That’s amazing…I’ve never heard of doing that with the foil in the pans! I can’t wait to try it!
