If you did not see it, this is in regards to my Once A Month Cooking Plan.

Wednesday’s Plan - Main Meals and Crock pot

  1. Start dough for pizza pockets (rising time – 1 hour).
  2. Start Beef Barley Stew in crock pot (thaw beef overnight in fridge).
  3. Start All-Purpose Ground Meat Mix
  4. Use part of Ground Beef mix and tortillas from Monday to assemble burrito pie
  5. Assemble Pizza pockets, bake and freeze
  6. Assemble meatloaf (don’t bake) and freeze
  7. Assemble baked oatmeal and refrigerate for tomorrow

Thursday’s Plan – Breakfasts/Snacks/Desserts

  1. Bake oatmeal, cool and freeze
  2. Make Pumpkin bread (cook time – 1 hour)
  3. Make cookie dough, scoop and freeze
  4. Mix freezer smoothies – freeze
  5. Mix breakfast oaties, bake and freeze
  6. Mix blueberry muffins, bake and freeze
  7. Cook egg and bacon for sandwiches, use English muffins from Monday, assemble and freeze. I may use the method for cooking eggs found here.

Again, this is the plan, whether or not it will go this smoothly remains to be seen.  I will also try to posts the meals that I can get from this using the Chicken mix and Beef mix.
