If you did not see it, this is in regards to my Once A Month Cooking Plan.
Wednesday’s Plan - Main Meals and Crock pot
- Start dough for pizza pockets (rising time – 1 hour).
- Start Beef Barley Stew in crock pot (thaw beef overnight in fridge).
- Start All-Purpose Ground Meat Mix
- Use part of Ground Beef mix and tortillas from Monday to assemble burrito pie
- Assemble Pizza pockets, bake and freeze
- Assemble meatloaf (don’t bake) and freeze
- Assemble baked oatmeal and refrigerate for tomorrow
Thursday’s Plan – Breakfasts/Snacks/Desserts
- Bake oatmeal, cool and freeze
- Make Pumpkin bread (cook time – 1 hour)
- Make cookie dough, scoop and freeze
- Mix freezer smoothies – freeze
- Mix breakfast oaties, bake and freeze
- Mix blueberry muffins, bake and freeze
- Cook egg and bacon for sandwiches, use English muffins from Monday, assemble and freeze. I may use the method for cooking eggs found here.
Again, this is the plan, whether or not it will go this smoothly remains to be seen. I will also try to posts the meals that I can get from this using the Chicken mix and Beef mix.
